WINNING WEDNESDAY!!

Wednesday is my weekly training day because I need to stretch out my remaining sessions with my trainer.

Yesterday, I ran my 2.5 miles. Today, I had my training session with Aaron then ran 2.5 miles. I'm going to try and pace myself. I have three weeks to my 38th birthday. Damn, I'm old. But as l don't feel like my age I'm good.

Anyhow, gonna have a good day. I just know it. Greek Salad here I come.
